Arseus announces today that the transactions announced on 09-11-2009 have been completed.
As a result, Waterland Private Equity Investments has acquired through its fourth fund 7,500,000 Arseus shares (24.04%) from Omega Pharma NV and 330,000 Arseus shares (1.06%) from Couckinvest NV.

Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (APIIC - a Government of Andhra Pradesh undertaking) will allocate, in long lease, 3000 acres of land in the villages of Thumalla, Dademavaripalli, Pulikuntapalli, Karimireddypalli and Lokogipalli, and at the industrial park of Amadugur near Kadiri, all in Anantapur District in the state Andhra Pradesh. -
