GolfRange is the leading golf course operator of urban 9-hole courses in Germany. The company currently operates 9 golf courses in the main German conurbations (a.o. Munich, Hamburg, Dortmund).
By their cooperation, Waterland and GolfRange will foster the growth of GolfRange thereby extending the market leadership of the company. In order to realize the planned growth GolfRange will grow organically (e.g. by the construction of new golf courses) as well as expand their portfolio through the acquisition of attractive golf courses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Waterland holds a majority stake in GolfRange.
