VeluwseBron is a large wellness centre situated on a 21 ha estate alongside a lake in Emst, near Apeldoorn. The company was established in 2008 as a premium centre with over 9,000m2 of wellness facilities, employing over 200 people.
By their cooperation, Waterland and VeluwseBron will foster the growth of VeluwseBron, thereby extending the market leadership of the company. In order to realize the planned growth, VeluwseBron will grow organically through greenfields, as well as expand its portfolio of operations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Waterland holds a majority stake in VeluwseBron.
