In 2010 Infra Group was established after Waterland Private Equity entered into the capital of Verbraeken Group together with the family shareholders and the incorporators of Verbraeken-Vendelmans. Verbraeken Construction was originally incorporated in 1966.
Infra Group is a group which generates €80 million turnover, employs 750 staff and is active in Belgium and France. It specialises in integral infrastructure networks for the utility sectors of gas, water, electricity and telecom.
As its financial partner, Waterland will support Infra Group in its continued expansion both in Belgium and beyond. At the same time, this investment matches Waterland's strategy to invest in expanding, top-quality companies responding to the outsourcing trend.
