Investment process
Depending on specific factors the investment process will take more or less time. As a rule of thumb, it takes 1-3 months from initial discussions to the signing of the definitive agreements (including a.o. sale and purchase agreement, participation agreement and shareholders agreement).
Under certain circumstances time may be of the essence. In such cases Waterland will deploy all (human) resources required to realize a leading position. However, structuring a fitting cooperation as well as defining and laying down a fundamental and well thought through strategy for the future simply takes time.
