Fortis Bank Nederland and BGL BNP Paribas finalise sale of Intertrust to Waterland

Fortis Bank Nederland and BGL BNP Paribas today finalised the sale of Intertrust to Waterland, having received all regulatory and other necessary approvals. The parties already signed the sale- and purchase agreement on 7 September 2009.
