Frederic Van den Weghe is Senior Investment Manager of Waterland Private Equity NV in Belgium. Prior to joining the company, he worked approximately four years as a business lawyer for Baker & McKenzie in Brussels, where he gained experience in the legal supervision and structuring of M&A transactions. He was also involved in LBO transactions and various exit strategies for private equity investors. Frederic obtained an MBA from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (Belgium). He also graduated in law and completed a postgraduate in finance, both at the Catholic University of Leuven.
