Hans Scheepers
Hans Scheepers is investment director at Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. Previously, Hans was founding managing director of 1st Broadband, a UK telecoms operator, where he recruited the management team, attracted institutional expansion capital, and managed the sale of the company to a larger industry player early 2004. Prior to founding 1st Broadband Hans spent 4 years with MAST, a corporate finance boutique in London and Boston managing mid-market mergers & acquisitions and buy-outs. He started his career as strategy consultant with Monitor Company in Amsterdam, working with clients in the pharmaceutical industry, consumer goods, and professional and financial services. In his career Hans has gained experience in his role as entrepreneur and advisor in initiating, funding and managing the growth of companies (both autonomously and through acquisitions). Hans holds a Masters in Business Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
