Investment Analyst, Poland

The Investment Analyst is co-responsible for market -and company analysis, execution of acquisitions and monitoring portfolio companies, including:

• researching markets and industries to identify winning business models across markets that may lead to investment opportunities
• assisting in modeling, valuation and structuring of investments
• ensure that the research process is consistently applied at due diligence processes
• follow up on the portfolio companies, assist with realization of acquisitions and buy & build strategies from investment until exit.

A candidate for the position of Investment Analyst:

• holds a Master degree in Business Administration, Business Economics or (tax) Law
• has excellent analytical and intellectual skills
• has good interpersonal and communication skills, self-starting and driven
• possesses absolute written and verbal fluency in Polish and English
• has 0 - 4 Year experience in Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking
• has both, an entrepreneurial spirit and is a team player.
