Lydia joined Waterland Private Equity in 2018 as a Personal Assistant in Manchester, UK. She provides PA support to the UK team. Prior to her employment at Waterland, Lydia worked as a Personal Assistant to the CEO of Arista Design a Luxury Interior Design company with projects throughout the UK and Europe.
